PlayRupee.pk respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid copyright infringement notices in the spirit of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable copyright law. All content on this site is either created by our team or used for identification and commentary purposes.
1. Filing a Copyright Notice
If you believe content on this website infringes your copyright, send a notice to apkgalaxy01@gmail.com with the subject line “DMCA Notice”. For your notice to be valid, it must include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed (or a representative list).
- The exact URL(s) on playrupee.pk where the allegedly infringing material appears.
- Your full name, address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
2. What Happens Next
- We acknowledge valid notices within 48 hours.
- If the claim is valid, the material is removed or disabled promptly — normally within 3 business days.
- Incomplete notices will be returned with a note on what is missing.
3. Counter-Notice
If your content was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same email address containing: identification of the removed material and its former URL, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was erroneous, your contact details, and your signature. If the original claimant does not pursue the matter further within 10 business days, the material may be restored.
4. Repeat Infringers
We remove content from and, where relevant, block contributions by parties found to repeatedly infringe copyright.
5. Misuse of This Process
Knowingly filing a false infringement claim may expose you to liability for damages, costs and legal fees. Please only file a notice if you genuinely own, or represent the owner of, the work in question.
